Arrgh!
So we're trying to lose weight and I'm pissy because I hate calling this a "diet".
I'm also pissy because I am really stressed out from my job and the commute and the fact that I don't have fucking air conditioning in my car.
I've apparently gained 3 pounds and it's not disappearing.
This stinks.
And I still want ice cream.

Damn You '24'!
One of my greatest and most irrational fears is that one day, while I'm driving past Newark Airport on the Turnpike, one of the planes coming in for a landing will mistake the Turnpike for the runway and squash all the cars underneath.
The producers of 24 have an uncanny knack for bringing my greatest, most irrational fears to life.
This past season, they landed a passenger jet on the Freeway.
I laughed until I couldn't breathe and told Matt that this is one of my greatest fears.
Needless to say, those landing planes still give me the heebie-jeebies.
